Manmohini Creations believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• Manmohini Creations does not accept cancellation requests for customized products However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Manmohini Creations, it’ll take 3-5 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

• We offer a 7-Day Refund & Replacement Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and product photos/videos (if applicable).

Conditions:
• Product should be unused and in original packaging
• Refund/replacement requests after 7 days may not be accepted
• Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which www.manmohinicreations.in receives returned goods. We will send you an email/Whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment for prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, we will ask you to provide us with your bank account details and credit the refund amount in the same. 

In case of prepaid order through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. 

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
